FabLab — is small laboratory — a workshop for implementation of personal projects and conducting educational activity for students. The laboratory is organized for instilling in students of skills of work with the hi-tech equipment.
Fablab is the purpose assistance in increase of efficiency of educational process, activization of independent creative and scientific activity of students, education at future experts of competence and responsibility by means of use of resources of laboratory.
The workshop is co-working area, where visitors can share their ideas and thoughts to create something unique with their own hands. Cooperation with FabLab allow the use of modern software-controlled equipment (3D printer MakerBot Replicator 5 GEN, 3D printer Picaso Designer, 3D Scanner Artec Eva, Laser Engraver GCC Spirit LS40, UV printer Roland LEF-12 Milling Machine Roland MDX- 40A, and the like).
On-site studio planned to hold workshops and training sessions on working with advanced equipment, programming, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TIPS, TRIZ). Visitors can get advice from the staff at FabLab instrumentation, robotics, digital manufacturing, prototyping, etc.
